Hmm, so maybe it was three nights in a row of not finishing my exercises before midnight and still getting up at 6 for work, but I'm officially not doing exercises today. Throat is very sore and struggling as it is. Figure a good nights sleep will hopefully put me right.

ReplyDeleteI have exactly the same issues, I get up at 6.30am for work and a lot of the time I finish the workout past midnight. It always feels good to finish (sometimes I don't) but I also know that it would be better gettng it done during the day.
I'm gonna work on this next week.
